Purpose

This Warrant Canary is provided by CYBERVERSE LLC ("Skyline Connect") to inform our users about the state of government or law enforcement requests we may have received. The absence of this statement, or its failure to be updated, should be interpreted as a notification that the conditions below may no longer hold true.

Statement

As of the date listed above:

  • We have not received any National Security Letters or FISA orders.
  • We have not received any gag orders or other court-imposed restrictions that prevent us from disclosing government data requests.
  • We have not been subject to any search warrants or seizures of our servers, equipment, or customer data.
  • We have not been required to install any backdoor, surveillance tool, or monitoring capability into our systems or services.
  • We have not been compelled to modify our systems in a way that would compromise the privacy or security of our users.
  • We have not provided any user data, encryption keys, or server access credentials to any government agency or third party under duress or legal compulsion.

Scope

This statement covers all infrastructure and services operated by CYBERVERSE LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Tokyo Equinix TY8 data center facilities
  • Singapore Equinix SG1 data center facilities
  • All VPS and dedicated server services
  • All network infrastructure and IP transit services

Update Policy

This Warrant Canary is updated on a quarterly basis. If this page is not updated for more than 90 days past the stated date, users should consider the possibility that the above statements may no longer be accurate.

Limitations

This Warrant Canary is provided in good faith and is intended to be as transparent as legally permissible. However, it has inherent limitations:

  • It cannot prevent coercion to produce false statements under certain legal frameworks.
  • It should not be considered legal advice and does not create any contractual obligation.
  • Users are encouraged to make their own independent assessments regarding the security and privacy of their data.
